 Rasul Mir, Often Referred To As Rasul Mir Shahabadi, Was A Romantic Poet From Kashmir Who Wrote In The 1800s. He Was Born In 1840 The Ancient Town Of Doru Shahabad , In The Kashmiri District Of Anantnag. Because Of His Literary Contribution To Kashmiri Romanticism, He Is Sometimes Referred To As "The Epitome Of Romantic Poetry." It Was Reported That Mir Was Living When Mahmud Gami And Swoch Kral Sa'eb Passed Away, About 1855. A Few Years Before Maqbool Shah Kralawari's Death. However, Muhammad Y. Taing Notes In His Book, Kulliyat-E-Rasul Mir, That On April 5, 1889, The Revenue Department In Anantnag Issued A Certificate Recognising Rasul Mir As A Village Chieftain (Mukdum), In Line With Kashmir's Agricultural System.

He Is Among The Most Well-Known Poets From Kashmir And Is Popularly Called John Ketes Of Kashmir.

 On August 3, 1924, Kamil Was Born In The South Kashmiri Hamlet Of Kaprin. He Attended Aligarh Muslim University To Obtain His Law Degree After Earning His Degree In Arts From Punjab University. In 1947, He Became A Member Of The Bar And Carried On Practicing Law Until 1949, When He Was Hired As A Lecturer At Sri Pratap College In Srinagar. He Was Heavily Involved In The Progressive Writers' Movement At The Time, And As A Result, He Changed His Language Of Expression From Urdu To Kashmiri. After The State Cultural Academy Was Established In 1958, He Became A Member And Was Given The Position Of Convener For The Language Of Kashmir. Later On, He Was Appointed Editor For Kashmiri And Distinguishedly Edited The Two Academy Publications, Sheeraza And Son Adab. He Retired From The Service Of The Academy In 1979. He Died On October 30, 2014 (Aged 90) At Jammu Province Of Ut Jammu And Kashmir.
