Ans:- Plants, Animals and their products are the main sources of our food, we get proteins from animals while as plants provide us, carbohydrate s, fats, vitamins, minerals and ruffage

Q:6. Why man is called an omnivore?

Ans:- Animals who eat both plants as well as animals as their food are called omnivores .Humans eat plants and animals as their food it is because they are called omnivores .
