2. Why should we include vitamins in our diet?

Ans:-In order to keep our skin, eyes, bones health and strong to protect body against many diseases we should include vitamins in our diet consistently. 


3. What is the aim of Mid-Day Meal Programme?

Ans:- The aim of this programme is to provide balanced diet to young generation so that they will remain free from deficiency diseases and their growth goes on better way.

Ans:- Carbohydrates
